From enquiry to opening day, every decision is staged.
Six stages, with the operator review before the commercial schedule, which is where figures first appear.
The order is the safeguard.
No stage is skipped and no figure is quoted before the site and the operator have both been reviewed.
Initial conversation
We talk about your city, capital range, experience and what you want to own.
Location feasibility
We grade the mall, the position, the rent and the sales potential using the six-part test.
Operator review
We look at your capability, your evidence of funding and your fit with the One Gold standard.
Commercial schedule
The final format, stock allocation, exclusions, territory and agreement terms, in writing.
Design and preparation
Mall approvals, fabrication, opening stock, hiring, systems and training.
Launch and operate
The opening campaign, then daily controls, replenishment and quarterly reviews.
The stages are fixed. The calendar is not.
Timing depends on mall availability, approvals and fabrication. We do not quote dates we cannot keep.
Grade a site you have in mind.
The same six-part test we apply to ourselves. It is a guide, not a decision: every site still needs a full feasibility review.

Stage one is a conversation.
Share your city, your experience and your goals. We will tell you whether and when opening is possible.
